Creating your seat
Choose Register and enter a screen name, an email you control, a password and your date of birth. Confirm that you are in the UK and aged 18 or over, then accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. The server checks eligibility before creating the account or issuing 100,000 fictional Play Credits.
No email confirmation is required. Your email remains important for password recovery. Use a unique password of at least 12 characters, including a letter and a number.
Returning to your programme
Use the registered email and password at Log in. Check for a different email or accidental spaces if the details do not match. Never share your password with another player or Guest Care.
Recovering access
Open password recovery to record a reset request. The response does not reveal whether an email has an account. A recovery link expires after 30 minutes, is usable once and invalidates earlier reset links and sessions when completed.
Guest continuity
A guest belongs to its session. Clearing the session cookie can end access to guest progress. Creating a registered account does not silently merge a different guest identity.
Your profile
The account page shows your authoritative credit balance, saved programme, real progress and bounded activity history. Programme names and seat colours are cosmetic and do not change outcomes.
