What we collect
Registration collects an email address, screen name, date of birth, country confirmation and acceptance of the current Terms and Privacy versions. Passwords are stored as salted one-way password hashes, not readable passwords. Guest sessions store an anonymous account reference and explicit eligibility confirmation.
Using the product creates a fictional-credit balance, round references and outcomes, credit activity, saved games, progress, preferences and any Player Care restrictions. A support request contains the reply email, selected topic, message, timestamp and a reference. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive details.
Why we use it
Account information enables eligibility, sign-in and recovery. Session and security data protects requests and limits abusive submissions. Recorded rounds keep outcomes and credit changes consistent, including retries. Saved state powers your programme, profile and passport. Support information lets us investigate your request. Player Care settings enforce the restrictions you choose.
These uses support the service you request and its security. Where optional measurement is introduced, consent controls it. No optional analytics or advertising tracker is currently active.
Cookies and browser storage
The essential sr_session cookie links your browser to a server-side session and privacy choice. Its maximum duration is 14 days and it is renewed at sign-in. A server-side security token protects state-changing requests. Game-only preferences or interrupted-round references may use essential session storage so an authorised round can recover correctly.
Read the Cookie Policy for the inventory and open the Cookie Preference Centre to save or withdraw optional choices.
Who can receive information
Information is used by the service and its hosting and communications infrastructure to provide the functions described here. A configured transactional email provider may process a recipient address and the content of an account-recovery or support message. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Independent help resources are external sites. Following their links makes their own privacy rules relevant. We do not send your game history or account information through those links.
Security
Passwords use a salted, deliberately slow password-hashing function. Session identifiers and reset tokens are stored as digests. Account-changing requests require request security checks, and private account information is not included in public game catalogue responses. Access controls restrict each player's account, saved state and round history.
No system can promise absolute security. Use a unique password and contact Guest Care if you suspect unauthorised access. Never send passwords, payment details or identity documents through a support form.
Retention
Account and activity records are kept while needed to provide your account, recover interrupted rounds, investigate faults and enforce restrictions. Session records expire after 14 days; recovery links expire after 30 minutes. Support and security records are retained only as needed for the request, protection and applicable record obligations. Requests for deletion are assessed against legitimate remaining needs, including active exclusions and unresolved security issues.
Your choices and rights
You can change cosmetic and game preferences in your account, change saved games, activate Player Care controls and request account closure. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or other applicable data rights through Your privacy choices, Guest Care or guestcare@silentregister.com. We may need proportionate information to confirm that a request belongs to you; do not send identity documents unless specifically and securely requested.
Children
The product is for UK adults aged 18 or over. It is not intended for children. Contact Guest Care if you believe a person under 18 has created an account.
Questions and complaints

Policy updates
This page identifies its update date. Material changes to the purposes or choices described here will be communicated appropriately. A new optional tracker will not be treated as consented merely because you previously used essential sessions.
