Is Silent Register free?+
Yes. Your account or eligible guest session begins with 100,000 fictional Play Credits. Daily credits and a low-balance refill are available under the stated rules. You cannot buy credits, transfer them or exchange them for money, goods or prizes.
Can I play before registering?+
Selected guest games can be played after confirming that you are in the UK, aged 18 or over, and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. Every game also has a presentation preview. Guest progress belongs to that guest session.
Do I need to verify my email?+
No email confirmation is required to create an eligible account. Use an email you control because password recovery uses that address. Registration still requires your date of birth, UK confirmation and acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy.
What happens if a game loses its connection?+
The server records the authorised round and its credit changes. Retry using the game's recovery control to restore the same round reference. A retry does not charge for that same round a second time. Complete a saved pick feature before starting another round.
Can I win anything of real value?+
No. All outcomes and credit awards relate only to fictional Play Credits. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed. Social casino results do not predict results in real-money gambling.
How can I take a break?+
Open Player Care to choose a session reminder, a voluntary play break or self-exclusion. Restrictions prevent new play on the account immediately while keeping support and account information available.
