A useful interval
Player Care offers reminders every 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes. A reminder makes time visible and lets you pause or continue. It is a prompt, rather than an automatic exclusion.
A voluntary break
Confirm a break of 24 hours, three days or seven days. The server immediately prevents new rounds and credit claims. Your account information and Guest Care stay available. The form cannot shorten an active break.
Self-exclusion
Choose 30, 180 or 365 days and explicitly confirm. The restriction applies for the full period. Do not create another account to bypass it. Fictional credits do not become redeemable because an account is restricted.
Assistance and restrictions are different
An account-control form activates a restriction immediately. A general Guest Care message records an assistance request; by itself it does not activate, shorten or cancel a restriction.

Free play should leave room for sleep, relationships and other activities. If play causes distress or takes more time than intended, independent help is available from GamCare and the NHS gambling-support guidance. No partnership is implied.
