What these credits can do
Play Credits let you choose a permitted play level in a game. The server records the cost and any fictional award in your credit activity. You can use your available balance across the programme, subject to account eligibility and active Player Care restrictions.
What they cannot do
Credits cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, goods, services or any prize of value. There is no payment flow. Credit totals and game outcomes carry no promise about real-money gambling.
Clear collection rules
Daily allocations follow the Europe/London calendar. The refill follows the current hour and the stated balance threshold. Repeating a collection request does not create another allocation for the same period. Active play restrictions also prevent credit claims.
